Thanks so much for your thoughtful eonmcmt. You make so many good points. I feel for your sister so many people seem to be in her shoes these days. The purest form of the artist or creator is still sullied by the business of dealing with day to day economics. This is so true. I feel this often, as I am forced to take on writing projects just to pay the bills, or to try to promote my own work in order to make a living.Thanks again for your eonmcmt. Much to think about.

Icook4fun:Gert,thank you,so pai seh..la..yes this huat kuih took 3 days to make but after my 1st attempt,actually it’s rellay easy to make,just mix everything and wait 24 hours and then wait for another 8 hours,that all!.I should get a bigger steamer my next trip to chinatown..maybe I should take huat kuih order now! hahaha!!Sue:Thank you for your kind word:) looking forward to see your huat kuih soon:Panna:thanks for dropping by:) talking about steamer I better get a 3 level one soon:P
